About Sarah

An instant love affair for me, this thing called Yoga. I knew immediately I wanted to learn how to share that with others once I began my journey. Influenced by teachers, students, peers I bring a unique sense of empowerment to my classes. Whether teaching vinyasa, hot, power, inversions or educating on the use of therapeutic grade essential oils, my wish is that each student finds, through breath, a way to connect to their inner source and leave the session feeling recharged.

My educational background includes a MA from The Ohio State University in Human Resource Management,  Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher 200, CPR/First Aid certified having taught close to 4,500+  hours since 2012.  I’m also a certified Yoga Gangster Volunteer, helping at-risk youths manage stress through the power of Yoga.

I believe our yoga practice is a true reflection of our lives off the mat and my passion is to help others learn how to embody that flow. My desire for teaching comes from being inspired by how this practice brings people together and creates community.

If you can breathe, you can do yoga. If you are interested in Yoga but haven't quite found the right class or setting for you, please reach out! When I’m able to work with you one-on-one, I can help you develop confidence in your practice, offer alternatives if working with an injury, master a challenging pose/transition or to deepen one’s practice. Connect with me by clicking below!
