A 200 hour ERYT, having taught 4,500+ hours since 2012, I teach at several studios as well as offering private and corporate yoga sessions.
One of my passions is to teach yoga students how to incorporate specific essential oils into your practice and how those oils can help deepen and expand your yoga experience to new dimensions with just a few powerful, healing drops.
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes overall well-being. Channeling energy through the healing power of the palms. Sessions can include Young Living or Doterra essential oils if desired. When rieki and young living essential oils are combined with practices such as yoga, meditation the two work together in union to foster peace and tranquility throughout.
An instant love affair for me, this thing called Yoga. I knew immediately I wanted to learn how to share that with others once I began my journey. Influenced by teachers, students, peers I bring a unique sense of empowerment to my classes. Whether teaching vinyasa, hot, power, inversions or educating on the use of therapeutic grade essential oils, my wish is that each student finds, through breath, a way to connect to their inner source and leave the session feeling recharged.
My educational background includes a MA from The Ohio State University in Human Resource Management, Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher 200, CPR/First Aid certified having taught close to 4,500+ hours since 2012. I’m also a certified Yoga Gangster Volunteer, helping at-risk youths manage stress through the power of Yoga.
I believe our yoga practice is a true reflection of our lives off the mat and my passion is to help others learn how to embody that flow. My desire for teaching comes from being inspired by how this practice brings people together and creates community.
